Uninstall Instructions

If you no longer wish to use Folder Re-Color for Google Drive™, you can remove it at any time. Uninstalling immediately revokes all permissions and stops the add-on from accessing your Google Drive™ folders.

How to Uninstall Through Google Workspace Marketplace™

Follow these steps to remove the add-on:

1. Open the Google Workspace Marketplace™

2. Search for Folder Re-Color for Google Drive™

3. Click the add-on to open its listing page

4. Select "Uninstall"

5. Confirm the removal when prompted

Once uninstalled, the add-on will no longer appear in Google Drive™.

How to Remove Access From Your Google™ Account

You may also revoke permissions directly from your Google account.

1. Go to Google Account → Security

2. Scroll down to Third-Party Apps with Account Access

3. Find Folder Re-Color for Google Drive™ in the list

4. Click "Remove Access"

This fully disconnects the add-on from your account.

What Happens After Uninstalling

• The add-on can no longer read or update your folder colors

• All permissions are immediately revoked

• No data is stored anywhere by the add-on

• You can reinstall the add-on at any time from the Google Workspace Marketplace™

Uninstalling does not remove or change any folder colors already applied.
Your Google Drive™ remains intact.

Reinstalling the Add-On

If you choose to reinstall later:

1. Go to the Google Workspace Marketplace™

2. Search for Folder Re-Color for Google Drive™

3. Click Install

4. Grant the required permissions

The add-on will be ready to use immediately.
